First off the final verdict, would I buy again? No
This is not entirely a bad product, but it has one fatal flaw that means I will be using it as a regular backpack and not for laptop.
Bag comes with a USB A Male to USB A Female cable, that has a large groove in female end. The cable is inside the outer front pocket. You feed that cable through the port and install it yourself. See pix.
Bag is ~ 13.5 cm thick front to back (not clear from sellers description).
Provided cable is ~ 20 inches/50.8 cm long not including ends.
There is no perimeter protection for the laptop, if you drop or set your laptop+bag down hard, the sides of the laptop are going to be damaged. There is padding on the back+ partial padding on the front (room enough to pad the front yourself). But there is no way to adequately pad the sides of your laptop if you have a full 15.6 inch. There are also 2 straps to secure your laptop for smaller laptops.
