Steps to use:
1. Pour the flour into a bag and pour in equal proportions of water
2. Tie the mouth of the bag tightly with a cable tie
3. Knead repeatedly to form a dough
4. Knead and let stand for a while
5. Remove the dough

Noodles: Flour: Water = 3.5:1 (3+1/2 cups of flour plus a glass of water)
Dumplings: flour: water = 3:1 (3 cups of flour plus a glass of water)
